Apple's stock has been on a post-earnings rally, thanks in part to enthusiasm over the hoped-for launch of the iPhone 8 next month. However, and not particularly surprising - given that it should be quite hard to manufacture - Kuo reportedly says Apple won't ship the premium OLED iPhone in very large numbers during the third quarter of the year.
Guilherme Rambo, an iOS developer has unlocked a new code in the HomePod firmware that suggests that sensor can also mute the notifications when user looks at the display. As per the report, Apple's next iPhone will be available in three colors- Gold, Silver, and Black.
According to The Korea Herald, the iPhone 8 will now launch in November instead of its projected September release date. Meanwhile, the iPhone 8 will reportedly have a limited design and features compared to its predecessors.
This, of course, is par for the course any time Apple introduces a new phone design, which is to say that we can expect Apple to quickly ramp up production as it heads into December quarter. These colors are in line with information sourced from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who claims that Apple is planning to release all three devices in three colors - silver, gold, and black.
A new report from iDrop suggests the iPhone 8 will have a new, vertical camera. On Weibo, a photo of a copper/bronze iPhone 8 has been leaked. But following this, the flagship iPhone 8, with its OLED screen and infrared sensor, will be in short supply until later in the year.
Here's what we still don't have a definitive answer to today, even with the early HomePod firmware code out there: Will the iPhone 8 have any sort of Touch ID fingerprint sensor?
Hopefully, Apple would address the core issues of the device which would be display and battery I guess if they don't change anything else than this then also its sales would double up.
You would think that the Apple Watch Series 3 would also come out in September 2017, a year after the Series 2, but that wasn't the case from the very first Apple watch to the second. Before the company's most recent earnings report, it was widely believed that Apple's new phones would be delayed a bit from when new iPhone models would traditionally launch. Let's see what we are going to have in store, with all these things leaving us hooked.
